For All future replies; Yes, I am also aware of the lag compensation and how it works. The problem is that UE4.xx constantly lags and it is ruining any fun this game may have.

On my screen I was well behind corner and as you can see in a replay he shot the air and killed me. Lag is constant, but I chose this one as the best example. How can this game (or engine more precisely) be compettitve-ready in any way? It's especially noticable when someone one-shots you while you were already shooting at them. This is happening over and over again in many situations.

UE4 was not their only option. Freakin TripWire chose UDK3 to make Rising Storm 2 lol

I have around 100 hours in RS2, less input lag, looks uglier, but yeah, UE3 is somewhat better than 4.xx

I mean, switching from source (insurgency2) I felt input lag in UE3, but I got used to it. Still it's nowhere responsive as the former one.

Bad hit reg?! You got tagged by the out most spread of the rounds being fired. You cant see it because your weapon is blocking the view, but the shot fired before that which missed, shows the how big the spread is. You got tagged on the second shot fired by the ai.

You blindly ran around the corner making no effort to check it, then the ai started firing and landing hits before you even had him lined up.

The games got its issue, but this video isnt showing any of them.

First of all it's not AI, (Phat Fenis killed me, lel) second...slow down the video.
I jumped so his first couple of shots did not hit me... and all of my shots hit the wall behind him...right through his head.

I assumed it was ai as thats what most people are playing. It doesnt changing anything though.

I did slow down the video to 0.25.

You got tagged fair and square.

And no, your rounds didnt go through him, your barrel isnt even aligned with him (pause the video at the first frame/point of muzzle flash from your weapon). You fired just over his shoulder.

Look at the holes behind him, I wasnt aiming down the sight, but hipfiring of course it wasn't aligned...jesus..

The assumption of whether youre playing against bot or players is irrelevant. The proof is the video that you JUST missed your first shot and got tagged by his second.

Your video is of to low quality to show the decals of impact.


You missed, he didnt, then he proceeded to unload everything into you and you died because he got the first hit in.

His SEVENTH shot killed me... Pause the video every time he makes a shot than pause the video every time I make a shot.

First is debatable, could be just over the tip of his shoulder, but I'm talking about headshot that wasn't registered.

He got the first hit, then unloaded everything into you. Its like every mp game. The first to land a hit is 9/10 going to come out the victor.

His first shot missed, second grazed, then he pumped you full of ammo.
