Are killstreaks really necessary?
The game is already ridiculously fast paced for a tactical shooter, why do we need 2 different chopper gunner call ins? The artillery is fine. Its indirect fire support...but the chopper gunners need to be ejected.

The game is already incredibly arcadey but I think removing the automated killing machines that require no skill and just break up the gameplay which is already hindered by some of the map design choices. Something like this can take it in the tactical shooter direction.

glad im not the only one who thinks this the choppers require no skill every other arty streak requires some amount of skill

the choppers were cool for two seconds until people started calling them one after the other therefore resulting in 90 seconds of noise and a bot flying around the map

Hide inside, shoot it down with an RPG or small arms. Pretty simple solutions to me.

It's not at all fast paced, either...I don't know what you guys are playing..

for a tactical shooter it is pretty fast paced. choppers just force the gameplay to come to a complete stop for 30 seconds, very annoying and tedius
not to mention insurgents get nothing thats equally as strong

Fair. Every MP game I've played (I prefer coop for the better, less COD gameplay--hence why I don't think it's fast paced).

Choppers make people stick to cover and find other ways to an objective, not necessarily make it a complete stop--then again this can be a benefit for a brief break from fighting and to rearm/regroup. Insurgents get strong things of their own, including relatively powerful weapons and things like chemical gas, drones, and other similar things.

In essence, both sides don't play the same; neither is 'stronger' than the other completely, people just need to get into the groove of both sides' playstyles. Cause they DO play differently.

i dont die to them that often, but honestly if you arent into getting shot from a heli id suggest adapting to the fact that when one is in the air, to not be outside? thankfully MOST objectives are indoor or have some form of cover from the helis. The only other option aside from trying to get the game to adapt to you and not adapting to the game would have to be playing competitive, or shooting the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing down.

While I agree with most of the problem solving suggestions many of the objectives are not oustide, and there are rarely routes that can be taken to avoid going 'outside'.



One of the major issues I have is that the blackhawk appears to be able to look directly down even if the guns are not representative of that...but I guess I frequently run into the issues of people not appearing the way they are actually looking.
The apache being able to aim under its nose is fine. They can do that IRL.

Maybe a solution to the problem is to make it so you can shoot the gunners out. It moves around like its a raft of rough seas anyway. But make it so I can shoot out the gunners and then there is some compromise. And just ♥♥♥♥ off the apache. Because frankly they add nothing to the game, and there are enough problems with calling it a tactical shooter before you mention an automated way to kill your enemies.

I don't care for the choppers either really... they don't break the game for me, but I'd defintely put them in the "slightly annoying" category. I'd be OK if they were removed (or re-balanced).
