Insurgency Sandstorm Community Test Environment
Why is this game force installing the game itself and Insurgency Sandstorm Community Test Environment each of which are 16 plus GB? That's not a good way to start for a new player.

That's odd, it should have only installed ISS not the CTE
Just uninstall the CTE if you don't wanna play test builds.

You may accidentally enabled it while installing the game.
