Insurgents speaking 100% Arabic language option.

Dear NWI,

What was the reason you decided for Insurgents to speak English with Arabic accent instead of full Arabic language ? (apart for couple words in Arabic language - yalla yalla...etc).

Personally for me, full Arabic speaking Insurgents would add to atmosphere more, like for example in your game DOI where Germans spoke German which was cool:)

I guess now its too late to make aditionall voiceacting therefore I hope there will be some mods improving this.

Probably so that players can understand what they're saying as they sometimes make callouts for like enemy Fire Support and whatnot.

As an Arab I really don't care. They should only speak Arabic for anything unimportant like swearing and whatever. This is a video game after all so you need to set a limit somewhere.

I don't mind that the Insurgents speak English. I -do- mind that the Arabic-accented Security voice acting is virtually indistinguishable! I want to be able to tell which team I am hearing without listening to exactly what is being said!

Eh... in Day of Infamy the germans speak german, but it's a common language and many people learn it in school and whatnot. Not so much for arabic. And the security side would speak like what, hebrew? Not terribly popular language either.

How did you get the impression that Security forces were Israeli?

They spoke english in the first game and nobody complained.

Would be interesting if the people playing security heard arabic when the insurgents near them spoke. It would also reduce confusion between insurgents and arabic accent security. As for making them speak arabic when you're playing insurgents, no thx.

This, and if memory serves me there's a mod for ins 2014 that has the insurgents speaking some middle eastern laguage that I don't know.

rising storm 2 has the option to does this with the vietnamese soldiers
and i would guess most people use this as its a cool addition and ads the to realism of the game
