Incoming mic volume SO low
Is there a way to boost the receiving mic volume? like, i cant hear anything over the gunfire

Try lowering Effects volume to 60; Max out Voice Receive and Master volume. Then increase Windows volume accordingly.

Ideally all the incoming voice audio should be at the same loudness level.

They need to compress/limit the audio, and stick it through a bandpass filter before it gets played at the receiver's client. It'd sound waaaay better.
