I'm talking about supply points. not ammo

You can add more supply point in Local play or your own server
To do so you need to add this into your Game.ini

[/script/insurgency.insmultiplayermode]
InitialSupply=40 (Up to you)

Game.ini located here for Windows users:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient

Yeah you can do this if you mean in a server or local game, but during normal matchmaking you cant get any more supply points like you could in Insurgency.
