Ideas for new weapons that might actually be popular
I'd like to suggest the MSBS-B. A bullpup rifle would be nice.
Anyone else have ideas for other different weapons that could be added that actually have some precedent or possbility for being widespread?

Why would the dev waste their Budget on licensing from firearm company to use their intellectual property when majority of the community are just toxic and complaining instead of saying good things and supporting the game so that more people purchase it and they can have more disposable Budget in future to consider implementing new weapons to make the game more entertaining.

Semi auto shotguns are always fun
I'd like to see the AUG, maybe a type 81 or RPK

.357 or .44 magnum would be awesome, i would love for the FN F2000 to be added to security but i doubt it'll ever be added, the insurgents need the Galil, i don't know why that gun isn't in the game already.

would be cool to see the EF88 Australian Lithgow version for security and the classic A1 AUG for insurgents.

-Security Weapons-

Model 10 Revolver - Costs 0 points. Available to all roles. A rather weak revolver, albeit stronger than the Makarov, for those who don't have one supply point left to purchase the Tariq.

Mk23 Mod 0 Handgun - Costs 4 points. Available to all roles. Possibly a superior version to the M45 and an alternative for those who want better stopping power than the PF940.

UMP-45 Submachine Gun - Costs 4 points. Available to the Breacher. Can switch between semi-auto, two round burst and full-auto. Has rather controllable recoil with good stopping power.

M1014 Shotgun - Costs 4 points. Available to the Breacher. Simply a semi-automatic alternative to the M870.

L115A3 Sniper Rifle - Costs 4 points. Available to the Marksman. Shoots the .338 Lapua Magnum round, more powerful than the M24's 7.62x51mm cartridge but also weaker than the M82A1's 12.7x99mm cartridge. Also it features a detachable magazine.

Vz. 61 Machine Pistol - Costs 3 points. Available to all roles. Fully automatic machine pistol that starts off with 10 round magazines with the option to use 20 round magazine.

Saiga-12 Shotgun - Costs 3 points. Available to the Breacher. Semi-automatic alternative of the Toz-194. Fires from a 5 round magazine, with the option to load 8 round magazines or 20 round drum magazines.

SG553 Carbine - Costs 4 points. Available to the Rifleman, Commander, Observer and Demolitions. A decent all round carbine for those who want a carbine but cannot select the Advisor role.

AN-94 Assault Rifle - Costs 6 points. Available to the Advisor. Can fire in semi-auto, 2 round burst or full-auto. The two round fire mode increases the ROF to 1800 RPM without the user to feel the recoil until the second round has been fired.

L42A1 Sniper Rifle - Costs 3 points. Available to the Marksman. Equipped with a scope by default. A weapon for those who want to have a larger magazine for a bolt action sniper rifle.

RPK Light Machine Gun - Costs 3 points. Available to the Gunner. A weapon intended for insurgents who want a LMG that has more stopping power than the Galil. Equipped with 40 round magazines with the option to use 75 round drum magazines.

SA-7 Grail MANPADS - Costs 6 points. Available to the Demolitions. A more simpler way for insurgents to take down Black Hawks and Apaches with a lock-on system.

For AN-94 they should just go with the modernized version Russia adopted a year or two ago.

since someone did a necromancy on this thread, I will just repeat my suggestions (two already got into game, so one can hope for more :D ):

Insurgents:

Pistols - Tokarev TT-33, ČZ 75 (maybe in 9x21 for more punch), Stechkin

SMGs - Vz. 61 Škorpion, PPsh 41

Shotguns - SPAS-12 or Saiga-12

Rifles - FB Beryl (Ak pattern in 5.56), Vz. 58 (800 rpm goes brrr)

MGs - RPK (in 7.62, compatible with AK magazines)




Security:

Pistols - FN FiveSeven, Walther P99 (in 9x21), Beretta M93R, Walther PPK (for 0 points)

SMGs - Steyr TMP (or MP9), FN P90 or PP Bizon

Shotguns - Benelli M4 or M3

Rifles - AK-12 or AK-74M, (I think it's time Security had some AK pattern rifles), ČZ 805 Bren II (7.62x39, similar rpm to vz 58)

MGs - L86 LSW or M27 IAR
