Voice Activated Proximity Chat?

Is there a way to enable proximity voice chat without having to push a button? There have been way too many times where I want to say something quickly to a guy near me, but I'm not used to having to push a button to talk, so I often never get my message out in time. I use the radio chat often, which I guess works fine, but if I want to warn people around me about a frag, then I don't want to have to fumble my keys as I'm running away.

Buy a mouse with side buttons and set them as Team or proximity chats. That's all I can think of.

This, most come with two small ones near the thumb perfect for just this. It takes a bit to get used to but well worth the time to get used to using them. Only chumps let it affect their aim.
