How do I open the Dev Console?

So I can, for example, use Unreal Engine's demrec for demo recording instead of the terribly glitchy and stuttery server replays? Or tweak stuff in general?

Adding to this, can we also get a working command line argument or ingame option to disable the intro videos? I don't need to watch 10 seconds of Focus Home Interactive panning out every time I start this game up.

There is no console you can activate in game.

There is an admin menu that you can get to using "-" when in local play, but it wont let you do any of what you describe.

If you want to get rid of the focus home interactive intro just go to the game files and replace the intro with something of the same name. For ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles i replaced it with valve's intro.
