Cell phone calls should go through. (Suicide bombers)

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think cell phone calls should go though. If they start the call you should die.

Basically as soon as we hear the cell phone ring it should be fully committed to detonating the bomb. If we shoot the bomber and he dies, it should still go off if the phone is ringing.

Probably only in hardcore.

Not 100% sure if I get you, but a suicide bomber would not activate the bomb by calling it, they usually have a trigger in their hand that gets triggered as soon a they let go.

Yes of course, I agree. But there is only an IED in this game not an actual bomber dude.

Terrorist bombers sometimes strap an IED onto a mule. It might be that the caller wants to make sure that the mule is still smart enough to deliver the IED in a targeted fashion, requiring them to pick up the call.

Also IRL if someone was set up with a IED that required a phone call you wouldn't hear a ring due to the power getting redirected to the fuse from what would be the phones speaker.

Depends from how you build it, but it’s probably better for both of us to not discuss this at all
