Put PEQ laser sight box on top of MK17 rail

Wish we got options for that stuff
Example: Right clicking on the attachment would put it on top right and left clicking would make it go to the side rails.

Ground Branch got that right, in the previous version of Sandstorm (don't know if it was closed technical alpha or beta) the Scar had the PEQ box correctly placed on top, dunno why they changed it. Pretty minor thing though

That'd be nice to have, as well as the pressure switch. It's a quad rail for a reason.

i wish the ak apha used a peq box or a proper zenitco perst laser and had it on the top rail as well
