7.62x51 Battle Rifles' Recoil Are Too Low
As someone who owns a semi-automatic 7.62, I can attest that the recoil for these weapons are too damn low. The FAL on full-auto is too controllable. IRL the recoil was so bad that many militaries only enabled it for their SAWs. In game right now it feels like a .223

You can control recoil in this game? Wow, you are a pro.

Yes you can control it. I agree that the recoil is way too low. Full auto rifles in this caliber are notorious for not hitting anything after the first bullet. The cartridge wasn't even meant for such rifles but rather was a consequence of typical military conservatism.

You sound more like a guy who watch too much gun , military / tactical videos on YouTube and then pretends to be someone who have served in Iraq or Afghan irl

Wonder where you got that idea. G3 and FAL/L1A1 were notorious for recoil and both were the most used battle rifles around the globe. South African ones had bipod mountings for example as realistically it could only be shot in full auto if rested if you want effective fire.

Wow you got that idea from my post alone? What next you're going to guess my social security number? Why don't you go troll somewhere like 4Chan or r/cuckhold or something. While the grownups here talk about how a game that is "realistic" isn't implementing realistic recoils. Go on my child. :D

Posted this video before, but indeed recoil on the FAL and G3 seems very forgiving in game on full auto. Of course that is quite enjoyable :)

I guess you are playing for 10000 years, but on full auto you barely can kill someone who is running not right at you.

The Mk 14 is super easy to control on full-auto.

A Mk 14 is really nothing more than an M14 (a battle rifle) in a fancy stock.

Isnt the mk14 literally called an EBR (Enhanced Battle Rifle)... It also fires the 762x51 round too

I've hunted with .308 remington 742 and the recoil was easily manageable I've never had a issue with follow up shots on that.

I also have a decent amount of range time with a AR10 .308, roughly 400-500 rounds. That gun had a even more forgiving recoil. I've had minimal experience with a AR10 that had a binary trigger, which was pretty much me dumping a 20 round mag.

Now I've never shot either of those guns in game in real life but I have experience with that caliber across many platforms and the recoil in game is high in comparison to what I've experienced.
