xbox one controller key binding

so i play with controller and use mouse for aim and shooting i do well im not keyboard type, my question is is there a way to unbind i acdentlly binded my running to prone so it goes prone before it runs and not playable ive unistalled and reinstalled game but still same thing , i hopped on comuinty server it works fine, any help i would really apriate it.

How has your general experience been using controller and mouse simultaneously? Does it work smoothly in this game?

I like to play shooters using the same method so I've been searching the forums looking for posts like this one.

Have you checked your steam controller config, i play the same way but use a ps4 controller. Had to set my steam controller config to (wasd, keyboard) option so the game basically thinks your controller is a keyboard. Had to set some new bindings in the steam config and in game to get everything right but it works. Over 1000 hours on the first insurgency playing hybrid, never felt I was at a disadvantage. If I was using the controller to aim, yes it would be a great disadvantage but you know what they say, opinions are like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, everyone has one.

We're obviously not going to agree on this but imo moving/sprinting with a joystick feels much better and more fluid than pressing a key.

I've certainly never been killed in a shooter and thought to myself "Damn if only I couldn't precisely control the speed and direction of my movement I would have won that"

just had the same experience. please dont give me the option to set bindings if it does not work, or you cant even revers it. ....was going to buy in , pretty cool game.

I like this idea, I had this idea before as i'm absolutely trash with kb in fps, it's funny cause I can blind type super fast and I play rts (c&c generals zero hour) at pretty high competitive level. However I'm curious how you bind all the keys, don't you lack any buttons this way? Or do you have some mmo mouse with alot buttons or something?

YOU CAN RESET THE BINDS YOU HAVE TO GO INTO GAME FILE I THINK IT WAS THE CONFIG BUT YOU NEED A ORIGNAL FILE TO DUMP INTO IT IF YOU HAVE BUDDY THAT CCAN SEND IT THATS HOW MY COMPUTER BUDDIE DID MINE
