just like dragon knight stance.
if an item/equipment that could change any animation (or a set),
it will show in the descriptions
but this new juggernaut set, does not have anything written about changing any animation
yeah, it's kinda useless
but that's the idea.
ALTHOUGH, if in-game juggernaut's stance could be changed,
that'll be a total badassery
And for the record, as far as I know you can't see that it changes the appearance of abilities or anything on most items- at least not from the shop or someone else's inventory (kunkka's whaleblade is one of those iirc). Also doesn't say it on my pudge compendium whalehook.

But originally in game, he stands with default animations: clicky[hydra-media.cursecdn.com]
Those custom stance were called Loadout Stance which means they only pose like that on previews.
