Dota 2 Option : Self Mute

Hi, I'm an avid player of Dota 2. Recently, due to Dota 2's matchmaking, i've been paired up with completely new players, Filipinos who have weak English and stick to Filipino and trollers in games. In these games, I can't help but flame these people. When I'm carrying, my support acts like a carry. However, when I'm supporting, my carry think he's God and runs into 3 people thinking he's farmed enough to take them on 3v1. And then he blames me for not helping. At these points, I flame them and they flame me back. Could Valve/Icefrog introduce a self mute system so that when I click the button during the game, I can't speak to anyone nor can anyone speak to me. Also, announce to everyone in the game that I am muted/deafened and I can only hear the ingame sound.

Muting yourself would still lead you to the same problem. You may not hear what they say, but they'll still report you without you knowing it. There are those type people who just report whoever doesn't cooperate on their selfish plans, and blames it all to you.

Thats why I would only click the self mute/deafen button midgame when I'm convinced my allies won't cooperate with me or speak English.

wish i could do that 0-0
