there are not always patch notes for every little "update" in dota.
patches like this are often either minor bugfixes like a broken animation or files that get preloaded for a future patch but are not active yet. or something similar
maybe you can find information on dotadev forum, but i kinda doubt it

they used to post logs about whats changed, even in this small updates
i guess thats not the case anymore

there were at least 20 if not more mini updates between april 25th and today
