Phantom Lancer counters?

What are some legit PL counters? Most int heroes lose all there mana after 1-2 seconds after PL gets diffusal. Also, some of his illusions take 100% damage so you can't find him with an aoe anymore. Earthshaker looks good on paper but what happens if PL gets bkb, or enemy focuses him first? PL's rush ability also makes positioning extremely difficult for supports as he can just instantly get close.

I'm glad you asked. If PL uses BKB, that means YOU KNOW WHICH ONE IS THE REAL ONE. He has no ult anymore.

EDIT: Also, using Dotabuff as my source, the likelihood of PL getting BKB is 44000 in almost 3 million.
That's between 1 and 2 percent.

PL is a cancer to the game. and is Broken as heck. his Q and can evade 60% opf spells and needs to be changed.

He can nuke, slow, push, carry, dot.

you just have to gank him (i know it sounds like a post card atm) if you see him farming the lane go and have your team gank him
also if he isnt in lane check the enemy jungle with your team. if you kill him when he farms he cant get items to help him. you dont need to pick a specific hero but you need team work. He is a strong hero but any good nukes will destroy him. Stunning him is also good. if you have an intel hero get a scythe and get someone with a silence. without his abilities he is easy to kill. A good tip is to gank him with smoke, if you're playing in a pub its hard but in a ranked game he is easy to gank. also omni is good his ult will make him food for your carry.
