How does Necros ulti work?

If reading the desciption it says Necros ulti does 0,9 damage per missing hp with scepter, however it happened me couple of times that he one shotted me with a really high lvl hero with heart, when i had almost full health. Does the calculation add other fatctors like damage taken, within a certain time, even if my hero has been healed through healing like mek, and skills; shadow wave or Juggs ward? Yesterday when i played Naga, i had 75-80% health, naga lvl 18-19ish with heart, but still got ultid, even though if reading the text, that shouldnt kill me.

i have no idea. necro's ult with scepter usually 1shots when the enemy is at aroung 50% health.

so its possible that he damaged you while you were stunned. probebly dagon and/or wraith blade

also other teammates could have damaged you as well during that 1 second stun

Ok, i always though it was when he triggered the ulti rather than when the scythe hits, which would explain it. Does it go through shallow grave or bkb?

With aghs it's 1.2x damage per HP lost, which is 47% HP or something. It's a magical attack so the damage is compared against your magic resist and any magic damage bonuses in effect (Ethereal+Veil+Orchid+Whatever+Pugna)

The stun goes through bkb, as far as I know.

Shallow Grave will keep you alive, as will Repel.
