Do the Vengeful Spirit and Skywrath Mage arcanas are gone forever after the event?

As the title says, I might get one but if both are gone forever after the event it'd be hard to pick JUST one after getting all the crownfall packs

I've read the contrary in a few places, many mixed opinions so I'm not that sure anymore.

Yikes, I wonder if make an extra push and get both because market price will surely be over 35$

Even dota is gone forever, at each major update.

Some Arcanas, especially event ones, are only available during the event. After, they are removed from the market. Though they do sometimes reappear through other events. I got the Zeus and Ogre Magi Arcana through Candy Works. Literally 70 dollars of Arcanas for free pretty much.
