How to play all mid same hero?
I read that you ca play this in dota 2 but I cannot find a guide. How would I run this in a private game?

I think you have to download something to get that.

Create lobby mode mid only, then pick same hero,

I thought you could play that on d2ware.net but sadly it has been shut down after the New Bloom update which screwed up the codes of the d2ware modded servers.
