Steam Validation Rejected
Ok so I got This Problem 20th july 2015 and when I try search for a game It says Communication Error with selected server or something only servers that do ping is are 2 US servers and 2 EU servers and when I choose those servers and search for a games It comes I accept and it goes to loading screen but after that it returns to the main menu with a message saying Disconnected from server Steam Validation rejected what is the problem here
I tried reinstalling dota 2 deleted all the files in steam folder except steamapps and steam.exe and then let steam download again but no luck.....other games like csgo works fine I can connected to steam server and no problem and play csgo but not dota pls help :steamsad:

Try the following methods:

Method 1
TESTED SOLUTION: AT THE CLIENT YOU MUST DELETE REGISTRY HKCU\SOFTWARE\VALVE\ACTIVEPROCESS\STEAMCLIENTDLL BEFORE LAUNCHING REVLOADER
Registry Editor

hkey_current_user -> Software -> Valve -> Steam -> ActiveProcess
edit: On the first method, press Windows Key + R and type in the textbox: regedit then press enter. Now go to the directory stated above, and try deleting the file mentioned there.

It does not i have tried both ways I was already on low to begin with but i tried on high n low but both same result

thanx for the reply I've tried the first method to get the same results and I also have tried wht was on the page ( i actually found said page b4 u gave the link and thats how I came around to deleting everything in steam folder except steamapps n steam.exe
