Roulette in the Dota 2

You can add DotA 2 roulette every day to every day players came and spinning roulette wheel, and a chance at coming out of things 50% chance of that drop out thing and 50% that did not fall, for example, 30% is the Common, 20% Uncommon, 15% Rare, mistikal 10%, 5% legendary, 3% of Imortal, 0.01% arcane. And yet the valves do so that things can be transmitted in Dota 2 please.
