All my Dota 2 items got deleted by someone!

I was playing Dota 2 on an internet cafe until my unit froze, I know the I have to go back to the game as soon as possible since they're waiting for me and I couldn't afford to wait. So I transferred to a new unit while the old unit reverted back to it's normal default wallpaper screen mode (the one where you can't access anything). After playing, I logged out of my steam account from my new unit.

I didn't deleted my items, someone else did, I'm hoping that all my items may be returned to me, can they still be given back to me after someone deleted them?

They probably didnt delete.. they just traded away everything.
You could try steam support, but playing on undefended PC's and networks is kinda also your own responsibility.. its like asking for it :P

try and ask valve about this ♥♥♥♥♥♥- he should have his account banned.
but then again - how do you prove that? he can say he paid you money irl etc...

In World of Warcraft when someone steal items or gold, they look the situation and give your items back.

That's why I leave the Family Options 'on' whenever I play on Internet Cafes. By that, they have to know my PIN in order to get full access of my account (... unless they're hackers).

Other than that, just send an issue on Steam Support about this issue.

Also, make sure that the 'Remember Me' when logging in on the Steam client is unchecked. When the PC's timer runs out and goes back to its locked wallpaper, just shut it down immediately by holding the power key of the CPU. That unless if the owner of the internet cafe leaves all computers on.

edit: To prove your issue, just send an image containing your trade history of the hijacker.

anyway they should remove the delete feature
the inventoery is unlimited slot now
