What's wrong with Eye of Skadi on Shadow Fiend?

I got flamed by my "teammate" because I built Eye of Skadi on Shadow Fiend after I built Daedalus. Maybe it just doesnt work together or something? Please do tell.

I was in a game where doom guy was flamed for buying shivas and refresher on "carry hero". Happens.

They work together fine. Eye is expensive and maybe they thought you needed other stuff like BKB? I haven't tried it but I could see Skadi being good on SF. So many stats and a slow.

Eye of Skadi is great in Shadow Fiend aslong as you didn't have deso, lifesteal or other orb attacks. He may have just been stupid anyway.

Didn't have any other orb attacks, bought bkb after I bought Shadow Blade. Well then, seems everything is clear now :)

Eye of Skadi is great for shutting down enemy right clickers and for raw stats, not that great for damage.

Only problem is that eye is expensive and takes a while to get, aside from that it is perfect, gives you slow for more crit and nuke hits as well as more Hp for surviving.

Skadi stacks with lifesteal on ranged heroes.

It's a good bit of info to have lol

Other things you can do is have a Mjolnir with another orb. The passive orb works until Mjolnir activates then you get chain lightning for that attack and back to the passive orb.

bkb and shadow blade
deadalus
some other random item
now all these items are good, but terrible build on a shadow fiend when thye are all together

btw. skadi works with lifesteal, so you could get a satanic with it
