random was a cancer for ranked, they reworked it so it wasnt so overpowered/greifing.
cause getting someone who mains invoker to random invoker and getting a 6min midas is huge fun.
or that team where they random io, chen and meepo but only know how to play drow or sniper.

/ranton That was when you got extra gold for the random but they changed that and didnt they remove random from ranked games years ago? And you only got 200 more gold. The point of doing random when there was more gold was so you could have a better early game build with regen or dmg and it was not that much more regen or damage. This has ruined Dota because the best way to learn dota was to just random until you knew all the heros. That is what everyone did back in wc3. Sorry for the rant but I feel bad for anyone starting out, as for me tho.. Ill just ask what the team wants seeing how I can play any hero at this point.

They ruined the game Icefrog and his mates made, Valve did. You know He lost his rights with 7.0, right? So sad... it's not even the same game now. /rantoff

Not really, you kind of learned how to play them but with random you ended up playing every hero multiple times until you learned them all.

You have to win to progress in the all hero challenge, if you lose, you probably played badly and need to get better to win.
