Is Euls the cheapest source of self-dispel?

I was on riki and was using it to remove Track and Dust, but I feel there must be a cheaper option

disbel is poweful enough as it is it should require at least a 2500 item

Indeed Eul's the cheapest dispel item. But don't build Eul's on Riki. Try to build BKB.

Euls is a great utility item though, also gives him mana regen and a bit of move speed. Also allows him to interrupt teleports and such without dropping smokescreen.
