Tip: Change Dota 2 Language to Chinese or Korean
You need to set launch options in steam dota 2 game settings:
-language "Russian"
-language "English"
etc

For chinese, valve uses a very strange wording thats why I suspect almost nobody knows:
-language "Schinese"

Same for Korean:
-language "Koreana"

It works for dota2 in-game, but steam is still in English. Do you have any idea to change the interface language which the default option doesn't work.

Schinese = Simplified Chinese.
Because there are two kinds of Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Simplified Chinese is used in China mainland, Traditional Chinese is used in China Taiwan.
