That didn't work for me sadly.
If that doesn't works too, you can try to check & update your drivers once again.
Interestingly, the exact same thing also happened with Artifact (froze randomly with sound still playing, and if i waited long enough, it just came back on as if nothing had happened), but is not happening with any other games that I have played.
I have done fresh installs of my graphics drivers as well as a fresh install of Steam, dota 2, and artifact (on multiple hard drives). I have also run memory tests, verified that nothing is taking up a large amount of processing/memory/disk during the crashes, and verified that no temperatures in my pc are high.
The problem may even be related to Steam itself, as recently when I close steam, artifact, or dota 2, it takes up to 3 minutes for each to reopen (for no apparent reason).
specs are windows 10, gtx1060, 16gb ram
