Mjollnir, MoM, Deso. Critstick or orchid depending on game flow.

HoD Vs. Necronomicon

HoD is kinda nice, and Io can sorta attempt to rat with it (supercharged Siege yay)- but Necronomicon provides more valuable utility and stats

Deso Vs. Solar Crest. Deso has more attack, Crest is tankier

You grab a Ghost[dota2.gamepedia.com] (No I'm not joking) and build right click items.
