How to REPICK hero in new dota 2 7.00?

i dont have a good internet connection so i always play with BOTS in offline mode but after the patch update the hero skin and even the hero body is neither missing or invisible. The game works just fine when i have an internet connection. The only problem is the Hero skin in offline mode! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

^that is how it works for offline. you will not be able to see your custom skins for a hero if you go "off the grid".

Once it leads you to your early game shop, It's on the lower left with an X icon. I clicked it, and it works. If you go back to the heroes list, it's on the same area where the Lock In is.

Are you sure you're not in a Practice Match? Because there's no repick in Practice Matches.

There's no repick in bot match. Well... not anymore at least. Co-op Bot has one, though.
