well I searched it on google for you since you are so lazy ...
"There are some console commands that let you do this if you host a local lobby. Host the lobby with cheats enabled, and then go to console and do:

sv_cheats 1
dota_bot_give_gold 50000"

If you want bots to have items, you have to use the -givebots item_itemName command."

or you level up your hero to level 25 and get kills using -createhero (name of hero) enemy and let the bot kill your hero and use -respawn -wtf and do the same thing again until the bot gets lot of gold.

I already know about other commands you mentioned here
but there is no specific command to give ALL BOTS 99999 gold at start
I can do it for myself, and I can level up bots to the max, but they cant start with 99999 gold.
I am looking for single command like
-goldbots 99999
does it exist at all ?
