Just to be sure, you must also have the Entrance Craft DLC to use logos in-game.
Although WWF No Mercy had more features, there was something about the atmosphere of Revenge and how it reflected the feel of WCW at the time, that to me made it the better game.
Fire Pro Wrestling World is obviously awesome too, but for me nothing beats the atmosphere, roster and playability of Revenge.
BTW your ask is very easy to make, it just involves resizing (and putting in the correct format) the logos from the internet.
But what Shadow Master says is right, you need the DLC (or mods).
http://www.coronajumper.com/2014/07/wcwnwo-revenge-nintendo-64-1998.html here is a link with all the Faction pictures. Yes I have all DLC's :)
The resolution is a bit of an issue actually.
This is because, in order to make the transparent background for the logo, the current background has to be deleted.
Because they are quite blurry, in many parts it is hard for software to accurately distinguish where the logos begin, and where the background begins.
So that would result in either the logos having a black fuzz around the edge, or having some of the logo cut off. Either way it would look odd.
The solution would be to do the logos, so that the background is NOT transparent, but they just retain the solid background colour.

You might think they are a bit small, but they are a consistent size and fit well when you use them.
I don't want to put them on my own workshop, which is why I have sent you an imgur link with them all for your own use.
Plus the GIMP is a double recursive acronym.
