What DLC is worth it?
I'm looking to get a few DLCs off this game, I already got the first Takayama DLC. I hear a lot about some that are not worth it, but which ones should I get? Thank you.

Njpw, stardom, anything with parts (though, parts craft ironically ♥♥♥♥ the bed a bit). Entrance craft if you want 1 good new venue.

If you want to make sure you'll be able to download edits without missing an edit piece or move: every DLC EXCEPT for Fire Promoter. Fire Promoter does not contain anything exclusive except for it's general manager mode.

I agree with rsws and Request Maker. But if you're on a budget the NJPW dlcs are the best value for your money in terms of how much stuff you get. Tons of wrestlers, moves, parts, etc. The Suda51 DLC was really well done too. The only negative it had was not including all of the opponents, but all of them have been ported to the workshop.

Story Mode DLCs since they're cheaper and they have parts alongside them.

The NJPW and Junior Heavyweight.

Stardom has a lot of good parts for females and some good moves as well.

I got all the DLCs. In my view the only ones worth it are:
- First NJPW DLC (for edit parts)
- Entrance Craft (because it is cool being able to edit entrances)
- Parts craft (because it is also cool being able to make your own parts)

Then, of course, move craft which is free

If you use mods, the least valuable is Parts Craft as it literally doesn't do anything the mods didn't do first and it does them with less options (like not having highlights for new pieces).

If you don't play with mods, the most valuable is Parts Craft (since Move Craft is free). Fire Pro is meant to unlock the imagination and nothing does that better than making your own things, plus you get a ton of options from the workshop itself that way.

All of them except Fire Promoter.

Are there workshop items or mods of real wrestlers with correct move sets and AI?

Or is that part of the fun of the create a wrestler portion of the game? I only played the SP and just briefly.

You will find many accurate Wrestlers here with proper A.I., attires, themes and movesets.

Check out the "workshop" section of Fire Pro Wrestling to view the thousands of Wrestlers, ring designs, moves, edit pieces, etc.

For creators to follow, I recommend:

Avenger3 - widely regarded as the best creator here. He has thousands of edits with plenty of logic and specializes in real-life Wrestlers.

DJKM77 - An edit making machine who is best known to other creators for his very useful templates. DJKM77 is also currently updating 100's of his edits with new move craft pieces for even more authentic representations of many popular Wrestlers.

Floki X Harley Quinn - Another edit making workhorse that specializes in ECW edits. Also utilizes logic, too.

onlyonehema - A graphic designer by trade who has created many Parts Craft pieces of numerous well known Wrestlers. Also very friendly.

How does the mod incorporate edit parts? Does is accept edits from the workshop? I plan on installing the mod again since I don't plan on buying anymore dlc. I definitely do not plan paying 30 for the edit parts dlc if it just allows you to import your edited parts that you have to make in a separate program.

That's exactly what the DLC does, lets you install parts you make in PS/GIMP/whatever art program (or ones made by other people). If you use mods, you can already do that through .TEX files using Carl's custom parts mod. It's a little more convenient to have Parts Craft in terms of not having to set up the PartsInfo files when you make your own, but IMO not worth it as it's harder to set up different pieces for different body sizes, harder to have highlights, etc. I only own the DLC because someone kindly gifted it to me. I would not have bought it on my own, but I am glad I have it, if that makes sense.

So to use the edit parts in the mod we have to download the actual edits from somewhere? I can't just go to the workshop and add the part correct? Are there any sites that have downloadable edit parts? Looks like you just take the parts and add them to a folder in the mod.

IIRC, the mod will install the edit parts from the workshop for you. You just can't upload parts you make to the workshop without Parts Craft DLC.
