Even then it makes no sense: cut play = interference.

you can turn it on in normal but it stops you in others that makes no sense

Yes it does: in a normal (tag) match you can have interference, in deathmatches, K-1 or MMA cage fighting there is no interference.

S-1 Matches are 1v1, enabled cutplay wouldn't make a difference.
