Nope. Latency, desyncs, and lag are pretty much par for the course for FPW online play even if you're only a room away from the other person.

cpu vs cpu is very much playable. most people like to sim. but if you just wanna play pvp then youre gonna be let down. pvp is unplayble.

pvp is an issue in general. The game is highly susceptible to lag and, with how many people use mods, desyncs are pretty much certain.

If you're interested in online play, maybe try waiting for the PS4 version.

Even without mods, the game desynchs often. It's essentially a broken game mode.
