Yes, most of Bullet Club is mainly under ROH contract - or they have their own contract terms like the Bucks. There are also a number of junior heavyweights missing, like Will Ospreay and the like, but they're slated for an upcoming DLC pack.

Other than that, the main exclusions that are 100% NJPW guys are Yujiro Takahashi, Killer Elite Squad, Jay White, Jado, and the younger foreigners like David Finlay and Toa Henare.

@officemonk Im not 100% up to speed on the NJPW promotion. Just wondering if there's any really big names out there that didn't make it in this dlc.

An ROH dlc or another NJPW dlc coming up?

DLC2 is New Japan oriented and features a junior heavy story mode. Assuming the time table hasn't changed (though it probably has, somewhat), it should be out sometime this fall, same as DLC1/Fire Promoter mode.

They haven't revealed what DLC3 would be but it's possible it will be oriented around foreigners from ROH.

to be fair they said it'd be a 2017 era roster, tho there are a few 2018 nooj things here and there - the Golden Trigger, Kenny's Golden Lovers tights, Okada's longbois, etc.
