Match Interference
Is there any way to:
- Interfere in a match
- Make another character interfere in your match
Even with the interferance setting maxed out, bobody ever interferes on my character's side!
Thanks!

Anyone?
Is it only the case that an interfeence happens when one side is dominating against the other, and the interference is always in favour of the team who are losing?

Interference is a mixed thing. I found that interference is based on how many people are in a given stable to help one of the wrestlers. Let's say I have a wrestler in a custom stable that has a total of two wrestlers (the wrestler in the match and another that's not participating) versus another wrestler from let's say, Bullet Club from NJPW. Anyone from either stable can potentially interfere. But Bullet Club would have more wrestlers that the game would pull from as potential outside interference. I think it's pseudo-random (at least it appeared to be that way to me) in who comes out, as the game is determining who it wants to bring out based on wrestlers in each stable the wrestlers in the match are apart of and the setting which allows interference is set to. I don't think I explained that in the best way possible and I hope someone who is better with words can explain it better.

Thanks. I foolishly didn't consider that it might be wrestlers from the same stable who come out!

No problem, I was the same way at first until I started to notice it over the course of a few matches because I love interference. Mainly because I was curious and was testing it out and checking the stables wrestlers to see if it all matched up. And there isn't anything foolish about not considering it, after all curiosity can lead to learning something most of the times. That and I'm glad I had an answer you found satisfactory.

I just made a heel stable out of three of my wrestlers Francois Petit, Dorian Doucheowski and "Fruity" Felipe Fudgeman called "Alpha Boyz", just to try this out.
So do the mangers have to be in a seprate stable or the guys the managers manage.

For example i have a whole list of ECW guys, and i have added them to stables like ECW 1992, ECW 1993 and so on.

If i was to move Bill Alfonso to a managers section will he interfear in the matches or do i have to move Bill plus Tazz, Sabu and RVD as well?

No, managers don't have to be separated at all. But let us say that you do create a 'managers' stable. As far as if interference comes from the stable of the 'second' (manager) I don't know since I don't normally play with wrestlers as seconds that much.

Edit: I will test this to see if that is the case.

Okay, so been testing for over half an hour now with run-ins set to high and a second from a completely different stable. I found that either there is a bug that prevents run-ins from happening when you have a second no matter the setting, or the second is being treated as the run-in by the game. I don't know for sure, but I am more inclined to believe that the game believes the second, or manager as you will, to be the run-in.

I tried similar with a stable where I set the run-in to 100%, and used one as my "second" in a match. The camera kept panning like they were going to run in every time I was in trouble, but they just stood there not moving near te turnbuckle where they'd been all match

It's part of the reason why I don't use seconds without a human like us playing them. Because without a player they are really there for show.

Glad to hear it's not just something I've done wrong then! Thanks

No problem.
Another thing to consider is if they are Heel vs Face.

For example my managers will only interfear when they are heel heel, and managing a heel wrestler, if manager and wrestler are in a different stable they will interfear but only at around 15 or so minutes.

But if it's other way around the manager will just stand there and do squat.

That's something I didn't know.
