Does Face/Heel Matter? Roster Assimilation?

I know what they both mean, but the problem I'm having is I'm getting a lot of user-created rosters and don't know who some of the people are. (I came into the wrestling scene super late, so some of the attitude-era people I don't know). I'm debating on just leaving some people out, but I don't know how the wrestlers assimilate either from different rosters..

So, does face/heel matter?
Also, can different rosters go against each other at random? (SWA vs. my Attitude-Era stable)

Edit: I see a lot of questions of people asking about wrestlers music. Can you actually put in their real themes, or is it just a basic intro song?

Face/Heel matters on who will run in during a match and in interference with your manager/tag-partner. Cross promotional in promoter mode you mean? I believe so.

As for entrance themes, you can put MP3-files in the BGM-folder (Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fire Prowrestling World\BGM) and access it ingame when editing (provided you didn't just download the wrestler, but used the download as a template to create your own edit).

You can setup any match you want. Every Wrestler can face each other, it doesn't matter if they're from a different fed, stable, male, female, it's anything goes. You create the matches you want to see.
