Is this a move in the game? I've spent a lot of time editing and haven't found it, but there are a ton of moves so I might have missed one.

It's called the Death Valley Bomb in Japan, and outside of some VERY different terminology used (i.e. kata-ebi-gatame for a single leg hook pin, gyaku-ebi-gatame for the Boston Crab, etc.) the game's localization uses mostly the Japanese move names. So you'll find it as that, and iirc it's in the Rear Blow to Head category of strong front grapples.

Appropos of nothing, the Triple Powerbomb II ends with a Death Valley Driver.
