This is not what they're saying nor the issue. This has been happening recently since the newest patch to my team when the shuttle arrives and everyone is ready to leave in the timely matter and when one person gets in - it just takes off. I had this happen to me when I was right behind my buddy and seemingly got in only for it to take off and I got left behind despite being right behind them.
So it takes off immediately?
Weird, I played a lot today and it didn't happen once.
Yes precisely what I'm and OP is saying. We were doing fine with the extract even after recent patch then it just started consistently taking off immediately from then on.
The second scenario is when you have however much mission time left, and one guy gets on the evac. Then, you and the others only have 20 seconds until it leaves.
Personally, if I'm hosting, and haven't called evac, and a random decides to call in evac without asking, while his squad is across the map, I'm going to kick that particular random.
Why?
Because then the evac will abort, and we can call it again, without potentially leaving soldiers behind. The exception would be if the random calls in evac with only <3 minutes left on the mission timer. That's understandable.
Or is it a timer bug. If you didn’t know, your timers with your teammates may be hiddenly out of sync, this is easy to notice when calling bullets.
Even had 2 extra seconds to extract once the Pelican timer reached zero the other day.
Good thing cause I was rushing back with Super Samples.
Then the salty randos kicked me like it was my fault. Like did they think I somehow just told the pilot to leave immediately?
