Stuck in refinery pipe bug?

I get stuck in the side of a pipe, already 3 times, can't jump or move. There is sometime to do if this BUG happens? or is a game over if I'm playing solo?

I'm not new, refinery is the mission that I most play, solo with scout.
Is a BUG, after jump I landed in the side of a pipe, then can't move. When Bosco revive me still can't move. Grappling hook don't free me, use the pickaxe for destroy terrain, neither.
This never happens to me before new season.

Someone have this BUG too?

You can occasionally dislodge yourself using your traversal tool, depending on your class, or by dropping a resupply on your head.

The best method is to avoid getting stuck all together: Avoid jumping on top of pumpjacks or placing pipes in such a manner that would get you stuck.

Given the refinery pipes are almost always grounded, did you attempt to pickaxe a tunnel through the terrain? The pipes can also be destroyed via the pickaxe if they are not completely connected yet. Being sincerely stuck in this way as you describe has to my knowledge never happened. I would bet you are simply unfamiliar with the game mechanics and there are tricks to unstuck yourself. If you legit fall through objects, you will either be able to walk through them again or mine a tunnel out from under them. The only times I've ever gotten stuck sincerely were through glitches of falling through the map or objects indefinitely...or the infamous blackscreen bugs (u can fix these by swapping classes via the sandbox utility mod if u r running modded games anyways)

Cannot you dig the ground or destroy the pipe segment?

How often that happens to make a post about? 500 hours for me and I never got stuck in it.

If its game over then whatever, the mission solo is like 20-30 minutes anyway. Just move on.

It doesnn't happen often enough to be required of fixing.

To be honest I doubt developers can fix it when you didn't provided info about how you got into that situation in the first place.

I'm implying that if they happen to be playing Engineer, Platforms will get them out.

Yes, it's a bug.

Yes, it happens rarely to other players as well.

You can go to the Bugs and Crashes section and read the pinned thread on how to make a proper bug report if you like, although I'm pretty sure this one is well documented at this point.

I've had it happen to me once. Got stuck in the side of a pipe. It was on flat ground, the pipe relatively straight and not at any sharp angle, and the pipe had been constructed like, 20 minutes ago. Instantly lost the mission at that point.

Same problem. Just started about a month ago. I'll be near a pipe playing as Engineer and just become stuck. . Can't dig out, Can't use platforms, Probably has happened at least 9-10 times and all I can do is exit the mission and restart. Happened once in a coop game with friends and I was stuck until they ended the mission.

When solo there isn't a lot you can do. In a team, a teammate can get you out by digging under you and jumping from below to "bounce" you off the pipe with their head. Engi platforms can also work, but I find the head bump is the best option as you can reposition and try multiple attempts/heights until the stuck player gets loose.
