Why wasn't this Huuli Hoarder trying to run away?
So I basically unleashed Bosco onto a Huuli Hoarder, then proceeded to shoot it with my LOK-1, and for a good half of its health bar, it didn't attempt to run away.

Normally, any non environmentally inflicted damage would usually trigger it. I've never seen that before.

Something to do with ECR LOK i believe, no other weapon i tried had this behavior.

Also hoarders are broken in general.
He just lost the will to live.

The fear effect from ECR's explosion is likely what's causing it. Repeated shots kept chaining the fear effect, causing the hoarder to be stuck in a loop of running away from the explosion before it had a brief moment to trigger it's actual "scream and run away" state.

Similar behaviour can be noticed with other enemies like stalkers and menaces. If you have a way to repeatedly apply fear in quick succession (ex: coil gun + controlled magnetic flow + fear trajectory), you can prevent these guys from burrowing, as they'll also just keep running away from the fear effect.

Now that you mention it, it does look like it comes to a halt shortly before screaming (which I guess means it reached the fear destination).

Still, it's strange that the fear had the time to happen at all, seeing that Bosco clearly landed the first hit before the first detonation happened.

Yeah it seems like it, T5B on thunderhead also had the same effect.
