Can you change subtitles?

I have a mod installed that replaces the dwarves voice lines, but the subtitles haven't been changed to match some of the modded lines yet. So I was wondering if there was I way I could just change the subtitles myself so they actually match the voice lines.

I think all the mods are stored inside of the PAK files. So you may need to use something to decompile them. Unless your mod stores subtitles somewhere else, or source code available and you can just change it and compile mod yourself.

I heard the Shout Framework has a guide for creating your own voicelines (including editing spoken lines), but I've never actually looked at it myself.
