Should I try the draft or buy the classic packs?

I went through the same last month and I can confirm: Campaigns will help you, especially the British, and Soviet ones; maybe not as much as before with the new system since you get strategical national cards very quick, but still worth it.

Best advice, spend coins on Officer packs (it gives your special or possible Elite units).

I took a look on the campaigns, but I have one doubt.
Is 100 coins the price for the whole campaign or 1 chapter only?

They slightly nerfed officer packs with the economy rework, but I think even with this nerf, they are probably still the thing to buy.
The nerf is that for the booster wildcard progression system, an officer pack only counts as 2 boosters, despite costing 3 times as much, meaning you will get more wildcards from this system if you buy normal boosters instead of officer packs.

Hi! Guys, what about this game? I'm not even able to win a training mission. My hand is full of scraps and AI play one tank after another. I played this game long time ago, but against AI the games were easier.
