Left Ctrl

I play the game on keyboard / mouse.
As I hold left ctrl a lot, not even sure what's with people not stating what it does in previous posts about the game.

I don't not know what R1 is, nor care. I'm alergic to mushrooms.

For those who'll get confused equally as I was...
Horseriding movement is just like walking: wasd, hold shift or 3 to speed up
To dismount just rightclick. To mount just TAB+E.

As I wrote, speeding up except on shift is mapped also on 3, but as left alt to move through menu tabs feels easier somehow, I don't think holding 3 while riding a horse is a comfortable solution so I suggest holding shift.

Erm, no, I don't switch characters in battles with left ctrl but with shift.

Open your keyboard config in the launcher, the one that's called "Run / Switch to Right".

You can see which key it's bound to, and you can assign more than one key for it.

I don't want to reassign anything - I'm more than happy with defaults, it's obvious someone who do play games on PC knew what are they doing.
Unlike Square Enix who uses Backspace and whatnot.

lol, R1 is the button next to G5. You need your standard issue 304 key keyboard. Your typical non-gamer keyboard has maybe 110 keys and only F1-F12, you need a keyboard with the full deck of numbered keys: A1-A12 through Z1-Z12 to play this game effectively.
