Ending E is quite simple to get. It plays automatically after you've unlocked Ending C and D, and the only difference between those two is a single choice you make at the end of route C.
It outright warns you.
Can't you just backup your save files?
Yes.
Doing it offline is extremely hard on purpose, to the point where even if you manage to do it, you won't get the full extent of the ending(you'll still get the story related cutscene in full, but there's more to it than just a cutscene, and this thing won't happen offline as it's based on something that can only happen if you are online).
Which, you know, would make it impossible to finish unless you manage it within 20 lives.
