As far as androids go... They're on the humans' side so they wouldn't be dangerous (save for a few ones gone rogue or crazy).
I agree with this. I think it would be similar to when kids meet their heroes. Endless fascination and they would lose all sense of rationality. The human would live like a king. The androids would probably even go as far as to become like the machines and start some sort of hardcore religion. Meanwhile, there would be skeptical androids that constantly question whether they are actually confronting a human. It isn't as if androids knew exactly what humans were like. Androids may split into at least two sides; one side pro (worshipers) and the other side against (skeptics). The androids may even start a civil war if they go too far. An android Crusade.
Yeah, no, I utterly hate most self insertion fanfics. A really few are great, but they are also the ones treating the character, setting and story in a mature way. Elaine de Feu's Dragon Age fanfiction Pride[www.fanfiction.net] comes to mind as one of the few I really like.
For every great SI story you've got about 9,999 other stories written by teenagers with bad grammar, cliché-ridden characters/story/events and utterly filled with cringe from top to bottom.
lol, for every great SI story + (in the world)
The music video which is included in the DLC would suggest that they're programmed to destroy all things that share the shape of a human, wether that be an android or a doll shaped like a human. :/
But then the occasional non-agressive Machine as well as the existence of passive biological creatures the Machines do not attack suggests that it's far more complicated.
I doubt Adam, Eve, and N2 would attack a human though. They are all much too fascinated to attack a living one.
Thou shall not kill. Thou shall dissect. For science.
N2 would dissect, probably.
Adam would strap you down and throw queries at you regarding humanity and our civilization.
Eve would really just ignore you. Maybe have fun with you if you played with him, but otherwise not.
Only if it was a game for him. Eve seems like that annoying youngef sibling that want to play with the big boys and throws a tantrum when he doesn't get as he desires.
Then there's the constant threat of the machines, you likely wouldn't be able to go anywhere or do anything without the constant presence of several escorts. No matter how visually appealing the escorts may be, it's likely your mental health will eventually suffer from essentially being treated like a VIP prisoner for the rest of your life.
Also the climate is something that really bears consideration. The rotation of the Earth has been messed up and one side is permanently basking in the sun and the other is shrouded in darkness for several thousand years, right? That would turn the planet into a hellhole.
Think about what it's like on a cloudless summer day, except it's all day, every day, forever; the side facing the sun would be an arid desert, every bit of moisture on the surface would have long since evaporated. Now think about what it's like on the coldest night of winter, except it's all day, every day, forever; the side facing away from the sun would be a frozen tundra, every bit of moisture on the surface would have long since frozen solid. You'd have a tiny zone between these two extremes that might be suitable for human life.
I say "might" because that zone would be smack dab in the middle of two permanent cold and warm fronts. There's going to be an endless torrent of rain in that zone and, due to the huge pressure differences, probably tornado-force winds. In that situation you would be completely reliant on androids to survive, as there's no way you can build shelter and forage by yourself under such conditions.
So you'd be treated as a VIP prisoner for the rest of your life, on a hellhole of a planet that's in a constant state of war.
It probably wouldn't be a fun experience.
