Developers ... Show a little respect. Check how many posts and how many players have the same problem. We have tried everything ... I even formatted the pc and nothing ... You take a week to answer something and when they answer send me re-install the game ... The most basic of all answers. I see this as an insult to my intelligence. Negligent. Incompetent and without the slightest respect for their customers, if I may call it that. Have the least consideration and come up with a solution. Or reimburse everyone ... Because let's play DayZ ... Not by choice ... AND SIMPLY WHY SCUM DOESN'T WORK AND NOBODY TAKES AN ATTITUDE TO REPAIR.
Currently there is only a handful of people with this problem, so it might be because of the servers you are trying to connect. I'm gonna write a few things you can try to do.
1. The simplest and most basic one, don't click "Continue", try to connect from server browser.
2. Do all the usuall stuff, verify the files, make sure your game is updated.
3. Check if your firewall is blocking the game -- find instructions online as it depends on your PC.
4.Use Battlemetrics to check if your server is even online, we removed some of them prior to the patch.
5. Ping one of the servers you're trying to join via CMD, instructions below
Example pic --> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1543351233
If you get any different messages than the ones shown on the example picture, mention it in the reply.
6. Delete the whole config folder located in C:\Users\*your_username*\AppData\Local\SCUM\Saved
Game will create a new folder when you start again and you will lose your single player saves if you do this step, so backup the folder if you want.
Let's try these first, we'll figure other things out as we go. It would perhaps be worth to mention some exact servers that don't work for you anymore, so we can also do some checks on our side.

stubbed for updates. Cheers.
Hello, i have the same problem with the connection, I tried most of the fixes you recommended and they did not help.
Regarding number 1 from your list: the problem occurs even when you create anew character on a server, you create the character and when you create it starts loading the game and after a long while the connection lost message appears.
Number 2: I did all the steps from here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/513710/discussions/5/1743386456376983382/ and besides that I even reinstalled the game
Number 3 I did not check, but prior to the 0.3 update I did not have the problem, so I assume that this is not the problem
Number4: I think I tried to make a new character on about 10 Europe servers that had players online and after creating them I could not connect to the server
Number 5 did not try
Number 6: I did that, as it is mentioned in the link at 2 and the problem still not went away.
I was able to play single player, and after reading a few other posts on the forums I see that others that have this problem are able to play single player also. The problem I noticed in single player after the 0.3 update is that the fps drops are worse when nearing the city and villages, or even a few(4-5) houses grouped together, and sometimes the game even freezes for a few seconds. I had fps drops ocasionally before 0.3 update when approaching a bigger village, but they were not this bad and frequent, the game was playable and enjoyable. My specs are: 1050TI 8GB RAM and i7-8750H. I hope this will help you in resolving the problem!
