How to solve most issues.

Because its the sollution to 90% of the issues and i am too lazy to write it every day again. Here the few steps that solve nearly all issues.

PLEASE DO IT IN THIS SEQUENCE

1: Restart PC
(Try again if the issue is gone)

2: Validate files

3: Rename/Delete savegame folder (this folder contains the Gamesettings, if renamed/deleted the game write new ones)
C:\Users\YourWinId\AppData\Local\SCUM\Saved

(Try again if the issue is gone)
(If it works now and you have a Singleplayer savegame you can get your savegame maybe back but this need to copy your savegame files into the right folder and not the buggy Setup files. No own experience so no detailed explanation)

4: Repair EAC
EAC Setup.exe you find in the folder
????\Steam\steamapps\common\SCUM\EasyAntiCheat
(Choose repair EAC)
+
5: Whitelist SCUM in Antivir and Firewall
(Try again if the issue is gone)

(Step 6 only if it makes sense)
6a: Install a stable GPU driver (Means NOT the newest, just the most stable version you can find)
(Try again if the issue is gone)


6b: Check that the gpu Driversettings force no problematic settings
6c: Now restart PC again
(Try again if the issue is gone)

And then ask (again) for help. But PLEASE make sure you really did all above (maybe except 6)
Nothing is more annoying as to help someone and recherche 2-3 Hours for a cause only to find out that the person you want to help skipped step 2, and this would have solved the issue.

7: Ping issues

Check your ping (choose a ip/adress you should have a stable ping as reference like i did on the picture with google .de (as a german near Cologne))
(Type CMD in the windows search bar behind the window logo to open the dos window)
The server ip you get from https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/scum
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1543351233
If you have timeouts or high pings, ping your modem. If the issue is there allready existent check your PC, Router, Modem. If the issue start behind the modem wait a day and if the issue dont go away contact your internet provider. If all other pings are fine and only the server Ping has a issue. Contact G portal

8: If the mouse dont hit Buttons or something with the resolution is weird try switching between fullscreen, borderless and windowed

Sorry i have no idea what causes the Connection lost issue. Until now nothing i read give a sollution. And i dont really play myself these days. And the few testplays i do i had no issues.

VOU ESCREVER EM PORTUGUES... sao muitas pessoas que vem tendo conexao perdida no jogo, voces poderiam fazer alguma coisa por nós... gostamos do jogo mas desde a nova atualizaçao o jogo na entra em servidor nenhum... voces poderiam ter o minimo de respeito conosco e ao menos responder ou falara q estao tentando algo.
