Red eyes

Whats it about. Why do they have these over the top red flashlights as eyes? How is it possible to come up with an idea to make them look like that. I would fire the person suggesting it and then fire myself for letting it be part of the game. Looks so silly and stupid. I might buy the game, after a while, during a sale lol.

With mods u can disable the "red flashlights eyes"

That's the real problem with zombies. They don't know how to use red eye filters when making screenshots.

It wasn't an idea. It was an accident while making the first game and they liked it so they kept it.

That doesn't make any sense. These two things aren't connected. Mocking somebody ( when they deserve it ) is one thing, mocking the mocker in a failed attempt at being... what, clever?... is pathetic. Seriously, what was the goal here? I wasn't even gonna comment and saw this and had to say something. Congrats, because i'm genuinely confused on whatever pointless goal you had.

Hey, thank you i will. I am just guessing but is it my avatar that brings you out of your skin? Ey? Lol. Just caved to the temptation and looked into your profile, wow, just.....lol what meets you there with the background and all the symbols etc, i had a little flash glance into who you might be. Nice lol. I didnt know about a mod to fix it. I dont have the game so why would I know this. I just looked at this game and the red eyes just really surprised me as I found them bringing a survival horror game down on the scare factor scale instead of up. I just wondered about why they did it. Seems like a stupid decision. I am always surprised when people hurt their own products they try to make money out of. But hey, to each his own. Taste is like a certain rear part of the human body, its divided.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the glowy eyes, but I think the reason is for long-distance identification of regular zombies vs. plague zombies in low-light situations.

There were two kind of zombies in this game, which pretty much explain in the game, the plague zombies will have a red eyes, which will drop plague sample use for making a cure medicine.

It also the kind of zombies that can turn you into another zombies, while normal zombies can only hurt you when they bite you. So having red eyes is something to let you know which one is the dangerous one when you encounter them in a group of zombies. :D

^ As Molly said, red eyed plague zombies can infect you with the blood plague, while regular zombies without the red eyes cannot, by destroying plaguehearts you can eleminate the presence of red eye zombies.
